User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, valid, and complete personal or business information.
- All communication must be professional, lawful, and related to recruitment or HR services.
- Candidates must not share fraudulent resumes or misleading qualifications.
- Clients must not bypass Upgro HR processes to directly hire candidates without agreement.
- You must comply with all Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and data protection rules.
Client & Employer Terms
For clients hiring through Upgro HR:
- Shortlisted candidate information must be kept confidential.
- Any direct hiring or communication with candidates requires prior approval.
- Service fees are applicable as per agreed terms or engagement contract.
- Cancelling ongoing recruitment without notice may incur charges based on effort invested.
Candidate & Job Seeker Terms
- Upgro HR does not charge candidates for job placement.
- Providing incorrect or fraudulent documents will lead to disqualification.
- Job offers must be accepted only after verifying authentic employer details.
- Candidates must attend interviews punctually and maintain professional conduct.
Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, designs, content, branding, and digital materials available on the Upgro HR platform are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Upgro HR is not responsible for losses arising from:
- Incorrect information shared by clients, candidates, or vendors
- Misuse of recruitment data or profiles
- Employer rejection, offer withdrawal, or hiring delays
- Technical errors, downtime, or third-party service issues
Modifications & Updates
